What happens when you stop taking Ozempic / Wegovy / Zepbound / Monjuro?

I get asked this all the time. No great data on this yet given these drugs are new. Some evidence for weight re-gain.

Anecdotally, if you can use the time you are on the drug to 'retrain' your brain and body to learn how much food your body actually needs, you can behaviorally control the calorie intake even after going off the medication.
