Many patients ask me if they have to 'stay on it forever'-- the answer is no but the emerging data suggest their may be some rebound. Anecdotally, patients tell me if they stop and do have a regrsesion of their hunger cravings that they do still recall 'what it was like to be on Ozempic' and still adjust their behaviors and choices accordingly....
